You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding. To do this, please email us at info@la-maya.com. Once you receive authorization, the item(s) must be shipped to us within 5 days. Item(s) must be in original packaging with everything intact. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages in the process of a return. If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse refund.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 10 days of delivery via email at info@la-maya.com. Please note, all of our items are inspected before shipping. If any of your items are damaged after receiving them, we can only offer to exchange the item. No refunds can be made. 

Our estimated arrival time for international orders placed with standard shipping via Royal Mail is 15-20 business days and 5-7 business days for orders placed with expedited shipping via DHL, but this may vary depending on customs policies for your country.  All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of the order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package once received. Please note, we are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times or incorrect shipping information provided.
